Once you’ve started organizing your own neighborhood, reach out to “neighboring” neighborhood associations, and then to neighborhoods all over town. All of you likely have many common interests, and your voice at city hall will be magnified when it consists of a number of neighborhoods. Plus your buying power for bulk purchases will dramatically increase with more households involved.
